Aim
We are raising money to be able to continue to provide our vital exercise services to the 100+ women we support weekly
Like many charities, the cost of living crisis has put a large strain on us as a small charity. We are determined to persist through these challenging times, aware that the need for our services is only growing, but need your help to do so.
This Christmas, could you give the gift of movement by helping us reach our £500 goal? Your donation will fund the continuation of our weekly exercise sessions for survivors of homelessness, domestic violence and sexual exploitation.
