The Lost Words for every Scottish Primary school

I am so excited to reveal that after a fantastic first week of support and donations, I have had some brilliant news from the books publishers…..

Penguin have generously agreed to further cut the price of each copy to well below cost, which means if the £30k target is met I can now deliver a copy of The Lost Words to every Primary, Secondary AND Special School in Scotland!

This would be fantastic, so I must thank all those who have already pledged support as your money will now go even further and inspire many more children.  

That is all dependent on reaching the target by the 26th of January of course, so please do continue to tell friends and family, and share on social media as opportunities arise.  I am asking friends and family not to buy me a Christmas present, but to donate to the project instead.  Perhaps you could mention to your adoring Auntie that you have sufficient socks this year and suggest this as an alternative?

With a following wind (and there has been plenty of that around in Scotland this week!) you can help me share this wonderful and inspiring book with children of all ages across Scotland – and once they have seen, heard, read, and felt its magic, who knows where they might take us in years to come!
