We're still collecting donations
On the 21st October 2020 we'd raised £929 with 55 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 21st October 2020 we'd raised £929 with 55 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The West End of Wales was formed by Laura and Iestyn in June 2020 as an idea for the Welsh professional musicians they knew to perform “virtually” at a time when the Arts has been devastated by Covid-19.
Our first three projects have had over 100k views on social media and has raised over £800 for the charity “Help Musicians”.
To further our work, we’d like to start paying our musicians and team for their time and craft, especially as most of us have no output to make music and certainly no way of having an income from it. With the help of donations, we would be able to expand work opportunities for our professional musicians, from continuing our virtual orchestra to hosting 1:1 coaching sessions, and, as restrictions ease, giving live performances. Through this work we would also aim to provide support/ mentorship to young musicians and deliver a range of community based projects, including workshops and side-by-side schemes.
The West End of Wales is a Community Interest Company and all monies earned will be used to support our musicians.
