The container will arrive in Mombasa around 5th May and should be in Kampala by 7th May. We then need to transport it up to Koro, to help make the convention a more comfortable affair, with chairs, tables and many more boardgames to try out on the days of the event.
We are now going to invite some local schools to attend and we are in the process of talking to children attending school about the activities they can participate in.
Big thanks to Boardgame Monster for supporting the whole event and also donating RoboRally, Codenames and 7 Wonders to us this year, some of the most favourite of the games we have. Thanks also CGE and to Final Frontier Games for their ongoing support.
Just 7 days to make this crucial target. If we can make it to £2000, it will be an amazing achievement for Beckham's small but impactful idea!
