The South Tyneside Young Carers Service works with Young Carers aged 5-18 and young adult carers up to 24. Our aim is for Young Carers to be resilient, confident, ambitious and independent. To be protected from inappropriate caring responsibilities and to enjoy a positive childhood. Funds raised through the gruelling Trilogy Challenge will help us deliver respite groups and activities to give Young Carers and their families a break from their caring roles and spend time just being children and having fun with their friends. We are hugely grateful to the Blacksheep team for their support - and we have every faith they will smash it!
