Aim
The Tent Project aims to empower vulnerable individuals, foster well-being, and build a connected community through kindness and support.
- At The Tent Project C.I.C, our vision is to create a compassionate and inclusive community that supports and uplifts those most vulnerable. Our team is a diverse group of dedicated volunteers from various backgrounds, driven by a shared passion for positive change.
Our idea is to establish a cooperative hub and networking center, acting as a vibrant, safe space for community engagement. This hub will host a cooperative cafe, the Red Tent Women's Pop-Up Kitchen, and the youth-led 'Purple Bakery.' It will also offer a range of free and paid workshops, promoting connection, learning, and purpose.
With the funds raised, we will bring this vision to life, providing a stable and supportive environment for vulnerable individuals. The money will be used to set up and maintain the hub, organize workshops, and support initiatives that foster mental well-being, creativity, community cohesion and well-being.
