Aim
Talk Ourselves Well was created in 2020 to stop losing friends to suicide. The Pram Race will raise vital funds for our sustainability
Talk Ourselves Well (TOW) was created in 2020 to raise awareness, educate and empower others around their mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and social health needs after losing friends to suicide
We provide men only meetings through the Man Support Collective
We provide walks with our partners Shine Coaching which are open to all
We now have an allotment, Talk Ourselves Well Growth Space in memory of Luke Brogden, in which we are hoping to raise funds for a cabin so we have somewhere to store our tools and a place to shelter and meet together to keep spreading our message that "It's good to Talk"
