Aiming to bring hope and happiness to victims of domestic abuse and violence at Christmas time.
Our Christmas appeal is bring hope and happiness to the victims of domestic abuse and violence this Christmas. We will use the money to buy presents for the children and their parents who are in our care or in our local refuges / safe places. We will also create and donate festive food hampers and care packages to those who need it.
Our aim to make sure that families escaping domestic abuse or violence, or who are starting afresh away from it, have a safe place to enjoy their day, food, warmth and a gift to open.
For the price of a takeaway or a nice bottle of wine, you can make a huge difference to a child's Christmas in refuge, and we ask you to dig deep, be generous and help us help others.
A bit about us!
We are a Survivor-led organisation who are committed on improving outcomes for those affected by domestic abuse and violence. We work to provide awareness programmes, holistic care and pastoral support to those in the West Midlands, and all over the U.K and combat the isolation and misunderstanding so many survivors encounter.
Our Team have built a strong network of allies and a safe place for Survivors to talk our their experiences, receive accurate advice and guidance, expand knowledge and education, and be able to access opportunities to empower and reinvigorate our members.
We hold strong community links and partnerships which mean we can help a wide range of victims including men, women, children, Veterans and those affected by Faith abuse, and have access to key resources such as foodbanks, safety provisions, legal support, refuges and many more avenues of support.
