Aim
The global COVID-19 pandemic has left us and our team in a precarious position.
We are desperate to be able to save The Skylark and to be able to support our employees at this time of uncertainty.
The Government has advised to avoid bars and social gatherings, and we are not set up for take away. Without help, The Skylark won't survive the pandemic.
This would leave our 13 employees with no income, all our suppliers with outstanding unpaid bills, and our family with no livelihood. After spending the last 8 years building this business in our amazing neighbourhood, seing my children being brought up in there, it would break my heart to come to this.
We will split the money to pay our team, bills and rent.
The global COVID-19 pandemic has created a very uncertain landscape for millions of businesses worldwide. This is particularly the case for small businesses, which will struggle to survive. Together we can help them.
Crowdfunder are offering up their platform to allow all UK small businesses to pre-sell their meals, events, hotel bookings etc. for cash now on a promise to redeem these at a later date.
