Unfortunately this project was not successful.

I am an ex-professional athlete, cancer fighter, turned life coach. I’m devoted to helping others and want to share the formulas to life!

A Health and Wellness Docuseries

by Harvey Burnett

Since Harvey Burnett, an ex-international Rugby League star, was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, he gone on to become a life-coach and motivational speaker as he takes the fight to the disease and attempts to set an endurance world record.

Harvey is a rare mix of a successful athlete, motivational speaker and life coach. Despite his rare form of cancer having a mere 7% survival rate, he was determined to not give up. However, simply beating the cancer would not have been enough, instead Harvey dived head-first into an intense physical-conditioning programme, ultimately setting the world record for an ultra-marathon while on Chemo.

During this period of his life, Harvey has done a great deal of reflection and research, finding the formula to life that works. His evidence based approach aims to acknowledge the laws of physics that we cannot change while finding a fulfilling life in-between the lines.

Now, as he endures another double bout of chemo after his cancer returned for a third time, he is training to complete the fastest walk from Edinburgh to London, made official by Guinness World Records. Using this spectacular feat of determination and mental strength as a backdrop, each week on our show, ‘The Race for Health’, will follow one of his life coaching clients. Ranging from believers to skeptics as they go on their own journeys, we will see them battle their demons and eventually find a new, more fulfilling life under the guidance of Harvey.

As his clients work through addiction, anxiety and grief, Harvey will interview leading experts in the fields of nutrition, athletics, science and medicine.

Harvey’s life-coaching expertise wasn’t simply derived from his experiences since diagnosis; his lessons are hard won. When he was a Scotland International at age 19, he suffered a serious neck injury, slipping him into depression and ultimately see him take a year out to pay off gambling debts by working in construction and on the bike for Deliveroo.

His unwavering, positive approach and evidence based method is about balance, proving to his clients, and the audience, that as long as you’re breathing, you can live life to the fullest. It’s through supporting others and spreading positivity that Harvey is driven on, and he invites us all to join him on ‘The Race for Health’.

High quality filming has already begun on Harvey’s training and cancer battle, with a comprehensive suite of footage ready for turning into a tv show. What we are looking for is a production company to partner with to help realise the life coaching and expert interview segments of the production. Tonally, the show will be an upbeat mix of ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ and ‘Game Changers’.

We’d love to continue the conversation, so please do reach out and join us on the journey!
