NatWest Bring it 2020 has provided £50 of match funding
It is an events and hospitality business involving hiring out rooms for various events such as parties, weddings, meetings and offsites.
Who am I?
I am an upcoming entrepreneur with a legal background. I however have always had a keen interest in owning and growing a business of my own. I believe in finding a need and meeting it. In the process of planning my wedding, I realised that there were hardly any events and hall spaces big enough to accommodate a large party of people. As a result I began to search for big enough properties in strategic locations within my locality to meet this need. That is how The Phillip's Manor was birthed.
What is The Phillip's Manor?
This is a new business venture. It is an events management and a hospitality business that entails renting out hall spaces for various events such as weddings, parties, banquets, and company offsite events. As a business we will not just provide the venue but we will also give our clients the option of having the halls decorated to suit the various events.
What is my vision?
My vision is to run a successful events and hospitality business in the UK and around the world but, I will start off within my locality. In the process of achieving this, I will be offering an affordable solution to a need that I have identified in my city.
Who are those on my team?
My team is currently made up of myself and my business partner.
How will I use the funds raised?
The money raised from crowdfunding will be used to acquire affordable commercial properties which will be renovated to a high standard and used for various functions such as weddings, banquets, offsites amongst other activities.
