The People's March for Climate Justice & Jobs

Aim

Fund Reading People's March to buy banner material, placard boards, hire PA system, for PeoplesClimateMarchRdg 28 November 2015.

We are a group of extraordinary and ordinary people who believe that now is the time to act on climate change.

There is overwhelming anxiety about Climate Change and this is paralysing people.  Yet, together we are powerful and can still make a difference.  

This is an opportunity for people in South Oxfordshire and Berkshire to add their voices and feet to worldwide marches on the weekend of 28th and 29th November - marking the start of the crucial Paris climate talks.  We want to encourage leaders at the Paris summit COP21 to reach courageous and binding decisions on Climate Change.

In order to slow climate change and global injustice, the walk will help to create and unite groups of focused activists who work for positive change in the world.

We are inviting everyone to walk with us on Saturday 28th to be part of a giant global movement for change and to walk together for a more just, more equitable and healthier world for us all - we need everyone, everywhere!
