Together, We Rescue Food, Fight Hunger, and Build Community

Every week, the Littlehampton Community Fridge rescues 5–6 tonnes of perfectly good food that would otherwise go to waste. Instead, we offer it to as many local residents as we can, including families, older adults, schools, including anyone who may be facing hardship or isolation. On average, 436 people access food from us every week, and our doors are open to all.

But with our move to a larger hub, our monthly costs have soared to £5,000–£5,500, more than double what we paid before. We urgently need your help to keep the fridge running, the lights on, and our vans on the road.

• Rent and utilities for our new hub
• Fuel and maintenance for our food rescue vans
• Food hygiene supplies and volunteer training
• Hall hire for pop-up sessions and community meals
