The Moniaive Chocolatiers

Aim

To build a new kitchen and a disabled toilet in our chocolate shop for high teas, patisserie, hot chocolate, coffee and champagne.

The Moniaive Chocolatiers, founded in September 2009 produces handmade, organic and fairly-traded chocolates and has the trademarks for 'The World's First Tartan Chocolate'. We make an extensive range of fresh-filled chocolates  with our own unique recipes using raw ingredients. We also offer a wide range of enrobed chocolate bars and a children's selection. We have an online shop and sell to trade as well as running an open plan shop where you can see the production. We create bespoke chocolates for events, weddings, clan gatherings, corporate gifts and personalised gifts. We are currently looking at exporting tartan and Saltire chocolate.

We need to raise funds to build another kitchen and a disabled toilet so that we can offer high teas, patisserie, coffee, hot chocolate and champagne.
