Aim

Support new writing for independent theatre. Theatre is becoming more inaccessible and we want to make it better.

StoryHaus Productions began as a product of a merger between two previously existing companies. Our Co-founders Aidan Burgess & Faye Alexandra are both passionate about theatre but mostly storytelling.

It’s become increasingly more difficult to produce independent theatre and therefore new writing and as a company we feel this makes theatre less accessible for people. We want to change that. We want to prove that theatre is, and always has been, at the forefront of society. It’s a vehicle to educate and entertain.

The team aim to bring stories to life, both old and new, in a more accessible fashion. This was proved with our recent production of Macbeth, which our main feedback was how it was easier to understand and made it more accessible for those that might not understand Shakespeare’s language and therefore not usually be able to enjoy and follow the show.

This next production is going to be an opportunity for people to support new writing and allow us to tell a classic story in a new light.

HOW YOU CAN HELP?

We are asking for contributions if any size that will go towards Theatre Hire, Rehearsal Space Hire, Marketing, Costume & Set Production and (hopefully) payment for cast and creative team.

Although we understand that the current financial climate is difficult we are setting some brackets which will reward you for your generosity. Anybody who donates, no matter the amount will receive a special mention in the programme, and will be entitled to a free copy.

£25 - One Free Ticket to Opening Night & a special mention in the programme.

£50 - Two Free Tickets to Opening Night & a special mention in the programme.

£75 - Two Free Tickets to a performance of your choice, a special mention in the programme and an invitation to rehearsals and an exclusive Q&A with the Cast & Creative Team.

£100 - Three Free Tickets to a performance of your choice, a producer credit in the programme, an invitation to rehearsals for an exclusive Q&A with the Cast & Creative Team & a goody bag of TMP Merchandise.

Anything over £100 - Free tickets for up to FIVE people for any performance, a producer credit in the programme, an invitation to rehearsals for an exclusive Q&A with the Cast & Creative Team & a goody bag of TMP Merchandise.
