For the first time, 10 cherished UK charities are uniting to respond against the impact that COVID-19 has had on them, for an evening of celebrity entertainment, surprise and laughs, in a bid to raise an incredible £500,000!
The Massive Get Together will be hosted live and online by TV and radio broadcasters Gaby Roslin and Amanda Byram on Thursday 17th September 20:00! Donate just £10 to these 10 incredible charities, and you will get access to this brilliantly entertaining online event.
During the event, Gaby and Amanda will be welcoming stars from stage and screen including 80's singer songwriter Chesney Hawkes, comedian and presenter Mel Giedroyc, Sky Sports presenter and ex-footballer Chris Kamara, journalist Andi Peters, radio broadcaster and journalist Sean Fletcher, comedians Nina Conti, Alex Brooker, Adam Hills and Basil Brush, singer Nadine Coyle, musician Myleene Klass, singer songwriters Sophie Ellis-Bextor, JC Stewart, Donel, Callum Beattie, theatre performers Mischief Theatre, all round entertainer Max Boyce, NHS doctor, author, presenter and charity ambassador Dr. Ranj Singh and orchestra RSNO! So, on Thursday the 17th of September, let’s take the night off - perhaps order a cheeky take-out, and kick back and relax. Let's swap the TV remote for the mouse for an hour or so, and give a little back to the people who look after us, our communities, and our loved ones, so amazingly well.
Your donation will make a positive difference within action against homelessness and hunger, protecting the vulnerable, connecting communities, supporting end of life care and volunteer provision, as well as helping emergency and crisis response services. £10 goes a very long way!
With the charity sector facing a potential £12 billion funding shortfall in the next six months, every penny counts for our 10 charities, and we know that together, we can help them. It's just £10 to help 10 inspiring charities.
Once you donate you’ll be sent an automatic confirmation of your donation from Crowdfunder. The Massive Get Together team will then send you an email within 24 hours with more detail about what to expect on the night. Your personal live event access information will be sent to you the day before the event. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folders regularly! Please note, we need a working email address to be able to send you relevant updates and your event access information!
