The Mash Inn is a new generation Inn situated in the beautiful Chitern hills just 40 miles from Hyde Park corner.

The Mash Inn is a new generation Inn situated in the beautiful Chitern hills just 40 miles from Hyde Park corner. Fiona Duncan ( the Hotel guru ) from the Telegraph awarded us 9/10. The Mash Inn has broken down the walls between customer and kitchen. The kitchen gardens yield us our daily produce and the locally sourced wood fires the grill. Guests are welcome to hang out in our kitchen and witness this whole process first hand, chat with our chefs as they cook and get as involved as they would like.

We currently have four unique and homey bedrooms above the Inn's cosy bar area that dates back to the 1740's,  old settles and a roaring fire would make you think that you are a million miles from anywhere.

The project is to raise funds to build the first of our bespoke cabins designed in partnership with Rupert Mckelvie of www.out of the valley.com.

The cabins feature king size Hypnos beds, wood burning stoves, roll top copper baths and outdoor wood fired hot tubs - a complete and luxurious escape pod carefully positioned in the middle of woodlands and fields yet under an hour from the west end of London.
