2nd May 2016Trevithick day o splann! Trevithick Day was a cracker!
The Man Engine Trailblazer bus made her maiden voyage to Trevithick Day on Sat 30th April.
The bus created a LOT of interest; we met and spoke to more than 1000 people, over 400 people came on board (including dozens of ex-miners) and explored the Man Engine Trailblazer Cornish Mining exhibition. We even sold a few T-shirts!
We launched our Crowdfunder campaign by shooting an instant 90 sec sting (check it out!) and raised £1385 over the first day. Meur ras dh'Onen hag Oll. Many thanks to One and All who have pledged already to get us started.
We also launched our website http://www.themanengine.org.uk/ showing the main events and dates of the Man Engine tour.
Please do help spread the word, make a pledge and help us deliver this enormously ambitious project!
Catch ee drekly :)
