We're still collecting donations
On the 1st July 2020 we'd raised £1,110 with 11 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Using proven techniques from experienced teaching and mentoring we support both children and families to realise their potential!

On the 1st July 2020 we'd raised £1,110 with 11 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
If we were lucky enough to raise more money we would use this to expand our support to businesses such as hospitals and pupil referral units where we could empower more young people to celebrate themselves and see what they had to offer the world.
We would create and publish a handbook for families and carers to share tips, tricks and anecdotes to create a community and journal for shared experience and solidarity.
We believe as a society, this is the way forward for education and community.

A bit about us: The Learning Shed is an online education hub for little learners aged 3 - 7 years old.
We are reaching out to people, near and far, to pledge funds to help raise much-needed cash for this Wakefield-based startup business to help individuals, families and communities across Yorkshire and further afield to support children's mental health and wellbeing as well as their academic success as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and well...to be honest...life in general.
"Every child can benefit from help to have the best start and promote mental health, resilience and coping skills" (Kurtz, 1996).
Is there a better time to help children realise their potential and develop their coping skills for their future as a citizen in modern society?
We teach young children online with areas of learning that children are struggling with - all the time helping them to see their super powers and develop skills that give them balance for now and the future. All the time empowering parents with a parenting community they ask and share parenting tips.
The good people at Crowdfunder have waived all fees for us, which means every single penny pledged will go directly to those in need.
“We’re in this together and together we can make a difference.”
