Help us complete The Last Hike — a powerful short film about family, grief and the journeys we take to move forwards.
The Story
Filmmaking is always a journey.
Last year we invited audiences to join us on the first step of that journey when we successfully crowdfunded the production of our short film The Last Hike.
Thanks to incredible support from our community, we were able to bring the story to life and complete principal photography. Cameras rolled, an amazing cast and crew came together, and the film we envisioned is now captured on screen.
But filmmaking doesn’t end when the cameras stop rolling.
Now we need your help to finish the film and share it with the world.
The next stage is post-production and festival distribution — transforming the footage we’ve captured into the powerful cinematic experience we know it can become.

What is The Last Hike?
The Last Hike is a dramatic short film written by Beth Whitehouse & Cameron Stott and directed by James Mellor and Beth Whitehouse.
At its heart, the film explores:

It’s about the journeys we take — both physical and emotional — and how sometimes the hardest paths are the ones that help us move forwards.
