'The Great COPSA Run' - Lands End to John O'Groats

Aim

Raising funds to develop our outdoor facilities including a KS2 outdoor trim trail and EYFS learning area.

COPSA are asking you to support all the wonderful runners in Chipping Ongar Primary School as they embark on their 874 mile challenge! You can donate as much as you like and leave a message for your mini athlete. Share the link with friends and family, lets get everyone involved.

THE CHALLENGE

The children will collectively run the distance from Lands End to John O'Groats (and possibly beyond), this is a total of 874miles! Miles will be recorded in each class on a weekly basis and the class who clock up the most miles will win a prize.

There will also be certificates for children who run 10 miles (bronze), 25 miles (silver), 50 miles (gold). Who knows maybe they will run even further by the end of term!  Weekly class totals will be recorded by the teachers and the distance can be recorded on the map attached.
