The Friends of Ty Gwyn is a charity that has been set up by parents and staff of Ty Gwyn Special School Cardiff. We fundraise funds for and promoting the needs of the pupils of Ty Gwyn Special School. Ty Gwyn Special school is part of the Western Learning Federation and supports pupils aged 3-19 with Autism and/or profound and complex needs. The purpose of the charity is to advance the education of pupils in the school by developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activities or providing equipment/facilities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The Friends of Ty Gwyn Special School raises money for school equipment and other resources for use by our pupils. The school has 240 pupils between the ages of 3 and 19. All of whom have profound and multiple learning difficulties. Charity Number: 1107229
