Hi, I’m Rachel founder of The Doh Lab 🧪
What started as a love for baking has turned into something much bigger. I’ve gone from making cakes to developing bold, NYC-style stuffed cookies that are all about flavour, creativity, and pushing beyond the usual.
The Doh Lab isn’t just about cookies it’s about experimentation. Every flavour is an “experiment”, from mango cheesecake centres to plantain caramel and banoffee pie. I want to create things people haven’t seen or tasted before.
So far, I’ve funded everything myself, ingredients, packaging, equipment, and time while building the brand from scratch. I’ve been testing recipes, creating content, and preparing to launch properly, all on my own. I have put everything I have into this.
As we all know starting a business isn’t easy (especially when you’ve been let go from work) and trying to make something for yourself in this climate is a challenge! but I know I can do it with a little help.
My goal is to turn The Doh Lab into a recognised dessert brand, known for creativity, quality, and experience not just another cookie business also collaborating with charities and organisations along the way.
