When I was charged with false allegations I was fraught with anxiety and stress. Ashamed and embarrassed, I felt I had no one to turn to and that everyone thought I was ‘no good’ and a criminal. Now I understand the in-justice system. Allegations can be brought by the prosecutor by manipulation of evidence and a subjective opinion: this is unlawful.
