Aim

We are aiming to raise enough funds to buy the building, build an extension inclusive of a kitchen, extended main room and landscaped garden

The Cotton Mill has been a part of Swanley's community for six years. It is owned and managed by David & Sasha Miller, alongside our wonderful children Tiffany and Lilly and, of course, our fabulous team. 

What started as an abandoned public convenience has now grown into a thriving and quirky community hub with bags of character, bringing people together and serving the community seven days a week. Patrons from all over have supported us through the best and worst times, which leads us to today where we find ourselves in a very humbling position of needing to extend the building. 

Our aim is to raise £230,000 to purchase the building, complete an extension and landscape the garden. There are many different ways to support us with this, from taking advantage of the rewards options or simply pledging as much as you feel you can. 

Buying the building will cement our future in Swanley, enabling us to continue serving the community for many years to come at a venue that is so desperately needed in the area. 

Extending the current building will give the community a place to enjoy good pub grub from a kitchen that is all year round (not just Dave in the trailer on summer weekends) and extra indoor seating so you can do so comfortably.

We pride ourselves on being a family friendly venue and a landscaped garden will mean safer outside space for our patrons, with brick built walls and purpose built decking among some of the newly approved plans; 

Crowdfunding this latest project is completely nerve-racking but it honestly feels like the most natural way of us moving forward with all of you as part of this exciting journey!

Sunday 8th September: Darts Open @ 12midday

Wednesday 11th September: Curry Night @  5pm
