We're still collecting donations
On the 9th May 2022 we'd raised £16,755 with 30 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Our aim is to raise 12k in order to support our work with destitute asylum-seeking women and children. We have now accommodated over 500!

On the 9th May 2022 we'd raised £16,755 with 30 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
The Catholic Worker Farm provides accommodation, food, English lessons, counseling, and other services for destitute (without access to public funds) female asylum seekers (who we call our ‘sisters’) and their children, at no charge. All of the women are street homeless and are referred to the CW Farm by refugee services/agencies. The CW Farm meets the physical needs in relation to shelter, food and clothing, but just as importantly enables the guests to live in a supportive and loving environment.
We have now finally finished our work in the new Mary House, where we will have 4 new bedrooms for women with children.
Our hope is to raise £12k for the running costs of the next 3 months. This consists of the Council Tax due in April (£2335,13 for the Farm House and £1698,27 for Mary House), the heating oil (£1678,68), and the rent for the next 3 months (£6300,00).
