Bring joy and hope to those affected by neurological conditions

This Christmas, we’re asking for your help to raise £20,000 to spread hope and share joy with people affected by neurological conditions. 

Neurological conditions affect one in six people. With your support over the festive period, we can provide practical advice and information to more people affected by neurological conditions and their families. 

Donate to our #NeuroNoel appeal to mark a moment of joy you’ve enjoyed this year. 

All donations are being doubled, meaning this Christmas your gift to The Brain Charity will go twice as far.  

Every donation up to the value of £250 will be matched by the Aviva Community Fund, so your £5 donation will become £10 - at no extra cost to you. 

Your support will help us continue to create uplifting moments for people facing the challenges of neurological conditions, by supporting our Information and Advice service. 

This offers life-changing practical support for anyone diagnosed by a neurological condition and their family members, carers and friends, on topics such as: 

• Offering clear, compassionate guidance to help people understand a diagnosis, live well with their neurological condition and feel hopeful about the future  
• Improving clients' financial stability during the cost of living crisis by assisting them to apply for support they're entitled to, such as welfare benefits 
• Providing a listening ear to unpaid carers and support with managing their responsibilities  

Our Information and Advice service also signposts clients to other ways The Brain Charity can support them, such as through free counselling, social activities, employability support, confidence coaching, volunteering opportunities and physiotherapy and exercise in our Neuro Gym. We also provide arts-based therapies for young people and champion neurodiversity. 

Each year, we help thousands of people from across the UK.
