As local people will continue to face high fuel bills and rising inflation, we would wish to continue to develop our hospitality outreach project into Spring 2023 by creating weekly Games Nights and offering one-off community gathering events; such as fish and chip suppers at our village hall.

We are a community-run and owned business and our team of paid and volunteer staff are working over the winter to develop an affordable Community Hot-Spot where people can linger in a warm and convivial setting while socialising with others.
On Monday-Saturday lunchtimes we'll offer tasty homemade soups & broths with a bread roll for £3. and bottomless tea and coffee for just £1. We will also open on Tuesday nights and provide fun Games Nights with a free buffet.
By serving affordable and free food over the winter months we will meet one of our key aims; “To relieve loneliness by providing a meeting point for all, and, for elderly residents, to prolong independence in later life.”
The money we raise will be spent on publicity for the scheme, running costs, board games and additional catering equipment.
