Aim
To raise much needed funds for Megan's Space a mental health charity.
The beautiful shores of Leven are set to come alive with a truly extraordinary event - the Beach Day in support of Megan's Space Charity, dedicated to assisting teenagers facing mental health challenges. Joining forces with the Fife Dippers, this special day of wellness promises a delightful blend of leisure activities and a heartfelt mission to raise vital funds.
Embracing the invigorating practice of cold water therapy, participants will partake in the awe-inspiring experience of the world's largest Link n Dip. Enriching both body and mind, the event will feature esteemed guest lecturers sharing their wisdom alongside rejuvenating sessions of breathwork, yoga, and energizing beach fitness activities. An inclusive invitation extends to all, as we unite in our efforts to make a meaningful impact and support the invaluable work of Megan's Space Charity.
