Showing our appreciation for the staff at the Barnton Shops who have been working tirelessly throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Hi! My name’s Natalie, Cramond Resident and regular frequenter of the Barnton Scot-Mid!
In a recent trip to the Scot-Mid I asked one of the boys behind the till how he was doing, he replied (still smiling) ‘I’m fine, it’s quieter now but people seem to think it’s my fault when we don’t have things’ I couldn’t believe this, it made me so angry, how could anyone be acting like this?
The staff in that shop, (along with the Pharmacy & the Post Office) are working tirelessly and risking their lives every day to serve our community, also it’s soo busy since the Sainsbury’s closed, they do not deserve to be treated like that. I heard also that one member of staff had even moved out of his house to keep his family safe.
So please join me in showing our appreciation for them ❤️
