We did it
On 22nd April 2024 we successfully raised £5,065 with 79 supporters in 56 days

We are raising funds to support Terry Jermy in his campaign to become the next Member of Parliament for South West Norfolk

 New stretch target

Having extra funds allows us to campaign even harder - we do not have access to the vast financial donors that the Tories do. Our campaign is led by local people and is for local people and we need your support.

Will you support my campaign?

1707395235_241434479_10158300812731497_2419252170497976281_n.jpegAs a local businessman, community champion and from having served as a local Councillor within South West Norfolk for more than fifteen years, it is clear that in order to support residents and improve their quality of life, we need a Member of Parliament who is focused on the needs of our community and understands the challenges that exist. The partisan nature of national politics, the constant squabbling and inability to work together is a style of working that does not appeal to me. However, through my years in local government, it is clear we can only achieve so much and in order to best support you and your family we need an MP and a Government that understands our area and addresses the challenges that exist.

That is why I have put myself forward as a candidate at the next General Election.

1707395289_dsc_1317.jpgI’ve lived in South West Norfolk my whole life and my family are rooted across the constituency. I’m passionate about our shared community, it’s where I call home and it’s the reason I first entered politics. Politics for me is about being able to help people, solve problems and bring people together through hard work and co-operation. I would like to think I have built a reputation for getting things done as a local Councillor and I use my skills and experience to benefit the area I serve and the people within it.

1708889462_fb_img_1465856753306.jpgElections however are expensive and South West Norfolk is a vast constituency. I would like to produce and deliver an introductory leaflet for 40,000 – due to be delivered in March. This will cost £3,000. I have also established a campaign website and need funds to support the main campaign when that comes later this year. I am reaching out to friends and colleagues to ask that you consider contributing to my campaign funds?  Any amounts donated are subject to the requirements of the Political Parties Elections and Referendums Act 2000. For more information about this, please get in touch.

Best wishes,

 Terry Jermy
