Teesside Sushi Restaurant

Aim
There is a huge increase in the number of restaurants around teesside across most cuisines...except sushi.
Around the Teesside area there has been a great increase in the number of food and drink establishments especially around the Linthouse Road area (Bedford Street for example). This recently got me thinking that around Teesside and Yarm would be a prime location for a shush restaurant where people can come and enjoy another cuisine that many people love.
A friend of my girlfriend owns a very successful sushi restaurant in Sheffield so if we got the funding for this project, the knowledge of her friend can be transferred to help make this the success that we would like it to be for the area.
