Teesside Sushi

Aim
To raise funds to help open a sushi restaurant in growing food industry of Teesside.
Currently in Teesside there are a number of new restaurants being opened near the town centre (Bedford Street for example). This is now the place to open up a business and is very popular for food and drinks. In and around the Teesside area you caneed choose from a variety of cuisines ... but will struggle to find a sushi restaurant.
I'm hoping to raise enough funds to really kick start this idea and use the knowledge of my girlfriends friend who owns a very successful sushi restaurant in Sheffield to get this off the ground!
