A 14 year old boy's life is turned upside down when he is killed and taken to The Dark Ides. A paranormal realm, hundreds of miles below the Earth's mantles. Tom must take his place as the Zombie Monarch, as the current King has been abducted by the insane witch Mother Shipton. Her master plan is to bring about a zombie apocalypse on Earth, a second dark age.
