Team Waveney SC Lido Appeal

Aim
Return to the Lido appeal. Raising money to purchase lane ropes for the pool, allowing us to use this amazing local facility.
Team Waveney SC is a newly formed club created from two local clubs Lowestoft & Oulton Broad and Beccles Town SC coming together, to create more opportunities for members and the local community.
The club was formed at the start of the year and during the course of 2020 we had planned fundraising events and meets to help this new venture develop and bring more opportunities. This has all been cancelled due to Covid-19 and with this all those fundraising opportunities gone.
The club has always supported local venues and sites in training activities and we would like to continue in doing so, by bringing our training to the local Lido in Beccles.
To allow us to do this, we would need to purchase anti-wave lane ropes for the 30m pool. This would not only benefit our members, but members of other clubs, such as Beccles Tri Club and the local community, in using the facility in these challenging times.
