Aim
Join us on our journey to build the UK’s fastest, most reliable electric Formula Student car and showcase months of hard work at competition
Team Bath Racing Electric (TBRe) is the University of Bath’s Formula Student electric team. We design, build, and race a single-seater electric race car to compete at leading Formula Student events in the UK and across Europe.
We are a student led team with over 200 members of all different ages, degrees and backgrounds with one common goal: success. In 2025, we optimised our car and had many groundbreaking moments including becoming the fastest EV team at Formula Student UK and being the only UK EV team to qualify at Formula Student Germany, the most prestigious FS competition.
Your donation makes a difference in reaching our goals for the 2026 season, which this year includes the progression of TBReAI at FSUK and laying the foundations for a four-wheel drive car. This includes introducing two in-hub motors at the rear and rebuilding our accumulator to support this new architecture. These processes and competition logistics costs are expensive, which is why we want you to join us on our journey to help us excel at competitions around the globe.
