TCTV was started by former Primary School teachers with over 55 combined years experience across the entire Primary spectrum.
The main aim of TCTV is to save teachers time and energy in lesson planning by providing a channel of high quality, accurate and curriculum aligned content at their fingertips which can be streamed straight to the classroom on any device.
Over the last couple of years our (very small) team has created the platform and almost twenty series - with new content released on average every six weeks. And we are constantly working the next series or innovation.
The channel covers all of Primary education, from EYFS to Year Six and we are trying to ensure all areas of the curriculum are supported, while also ensuring it is as cost effective for schools as possible.
Anything you can do to support us in this project is greatly appreciated and will go towards several next steps:
-More content for teachers available on the channel.
-The creation and development of teaching resources to go alongside the videos and provide another level of support for teachers to make their job even easier.
-Marketing the platform to ensure as many schools, teachers and home educators know about our award winning platform.
-Continue our drive for accessibility and equity. All of our videos are subtitled with dyslexia friendly text and we want to do more: including audio described videos, signed versions, Braille texts and more.
