TCE BREAK-IN RECOVERY FUND

Aim

We want to raise money to fix the damage made during our recent break-in at The Castle Emporium and improve the security for our traders.

On March 17th, The Castle Emporium was broken into and all of the units were damaged. Some shops had cash drawers and tills taken, and all the doors were badly broken during the break-in.

We're raising money to repair the damages and improve the security of our individual units and the TCE overall. Here's what we need to do:

• Repair internal damage and the broken doors of our units
• Repair damage within the units
• Improve our security and CCTV systems

In normal times we'd be able to hold fundraising events to help us raise the money to do the work but we're not currently able to due to the pandemic restrictions. All our businesses have been heavily impacted by the recent closures and we're working so hard just to keep going, financially and mentally! This break-in has put a big dent in our re-opening plans and we'd really appreciate your support to help us get safely back to business.
