Aim: We are raising money to purchase supplies for our activity support groups, this includes art supplies, stationary, snacks and tea/coffee.

Who are we?

Talking is Mental is a CIC combatting loneliness and isolation in Glasgow through a variety of free and low cost activity groups alongside encouraging dialogue around the effects of loneliness on physical and mental health.

We run a variety of inclusive, fun and welcoming activity groups with the aim to build community, create friendships and have a positive impact on our attendees mental and physical health.

Donations

We are raising money to continue providing equipment and supplies to our groups whilst keeping the groups free/low cost.

The donations will be used for the following:

  • Providing stationery, scripts, snacks and tea/coffee for Theatre is Mental.
  • Providing travel expenses to attendees on low income.
  • Providing financial assistance to Football is Mental attendees on low income.
  • Buying art supplies for our new Art is Mental group.
  • Providing snacks and tea/coffee for our new Talking is MEN-tal group.

All money raised will be put back into our groups and also help us start more groups. Any donation are greatly appreciated and helps us in our mission to combat loneliness in Scotland.

Thank you for supporting us 💛
