The Prize
England goal-scoring machine Sam Ward has signed one of our Talk Stick shirts.
The Cause
Talk Stick continues to break the silence on mental health and suicide awareness in the hockey family - helping to normalise conversations, encouraging people to check in with their teammates and ensure we all continue to benefit from positive mental wellbeing. The project is aiming to encourage each hockey club in the UK to have at least one mental health first aid trained person within their membership, and to continue to signpost where people can get support.
How to Enter
Every donation of £5 counts as one entry. The draw will be made on Friday 20th November at 6pm at the Tonic Health head office, and will be announced on the social media pages immediately after, and the winner will be notified.
