We host community-focused creative events, online and offline to help urban professionals boost their wellbeing! www.talentcourtyard.com

According to a survey conducted by the Institute for Employment Studies (2020), 50% employees working from home during the lockdown are unhappy with their work-life balance while 33 % reported feeling isolated, anxious or bored. Hence, we want to assist people facing stress, loneliness, boredom and the fatigue of working from home during this time.
At Talent Courtyard, we support urban citizens in London and around the world to inspire a new sense of purpose through virtual and physical events related to wellbeing management, personal & professional development, arts & music, physical exercise and networking opportunities.
We aim to raise £10,000.00 with the support of our community, individuals and corporate customers, backed by the Mayor of London's Pay it Forward campaign to be able to reach a wider audience and help more people seeking a better work-life balance around the world.

We would like to inspire urban citizens, just like you, with a sense of new purpose through our engaging and educational creative wellbeing activities, both virtually and physically!
No matter where you are in the world, we welcome you to be part of the Talent Courtyard community and our journey to better wellbeing. In order to do so, you can purchase a reward from our Crowdfunder and attend our engaging, educational wellbeing events that we've prepared for you. You'll be able to learn, socialise and relax, no previous experience is required to attend any of our activities.
Thanks to your generosity, we'll be able to provide tools to more people to better manage their wellbeing and professional development, and thus make a difference.

On average, employers get £5 return for every £1 invested in mental health (Deloitte, 2020). In fact, many companies who have been supporting employee health and wellbeing enjoy significant benefits and better financial performance that come from having a proactive and flourishing workplace. At Talent Courtyard, we can help you to achieve that!

Through a set of interactive, practical workshops, we are committed to:

We’re very proud to have worked with and been supported by some amazing brands and workplaces. By supporting us now, you'll become part of a social impact project that helps urban communities and be able to experience our immersive programmes, workshops and team-building activities!
Our engaging, educational and measurable wellbeing programmes enhance personal and professional wellbeing by reducing stress, stretching comfort zones, increasing confidence and strengthening community.
Each event is an immersive experience, incorporating workshops related to: personal and professional development; mental health management; arts; mindfulness; meditation; networking opportunities and more. All of these activities can be completed without specialist equipment or experience.
During our sessions, emotions can arise. You may laugh, cry or have nostalgic moments, but what is important is to release your emotions without judgment, increase your confidence and embrace those precious moments in your life in a safe space surrounded by open-minded people from all over the world!

Having started with in-person workshops offered to individuals in London, we shifted our business model to a virtual offering, thanks to which we had people attending our workshops from all over the world!
Our facilitators are subject matter experts, and we pursue collaborations with local artists, schools and businesses. 97.5% of participants working from home said our workshops helped them improve their overall wellbeing.

Melanie a
ttended our Transformational Art Course. Although she claimed she’s not an artist, it was still a fun and immersive experience for her to create art without technical skills. ‘You just need to have a go and enjoy learning about all sorts of topics along the way.’ (Photo credit by Talent Courtyard arts facilitator, Klara Gaspar)
As a fresh uni graduate, Jennifer found it difficult to maintain a positive attitude while job hunting. After practising a gratitude exercise during the Positive Thinking Techniques workshop, the daily gratitude method seems to suit her the best and she's been continuing with the technique to help with her progress. Michele felt isolated since being laid off from her 40 year career, so our Virtual Wellness Day was a precious gift for her. 'Talent Courtyard led us through the most amazing and restorative experience combining yoga, art, music, breathing techniques, conversation, and meditation. I am continuing a daily practice of the EFT meditation we learned [...]. It is extremely helpful.’

Apart from these lovely individuals, we also had multiple successful collaborations with businesses. We are more than happy to see a number of companies who prioritise the mental health of their employees during this difficult time. Let’s see how Natalie from Malta Tourism Authority found their experience with Talent Courtyard:
‘TC has excellent skills to share with the trade or consumers alike. This Virtual Retreat provided a space for the trade to de-stress and relax during a turbulent time. One of the highlights was creating an artwork of Mdina, Malta’s medieval capital, together and seeing our partners and agents express themselves.’ (Artwork from a Virtual Retreat)
They help participants to relax, discover new strengths and skills and improve self-awareness and an understanding of others.
