We're still collecting donations
On the 21st May 2020 we'd raised £4,410 with 109 supporters in 62 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Support 3 million children and their families who are at severe risk of going hungry due to school closures & isolation during Covid-19.

On the 21st May 2020 we'd raised £4,410 with 109 supporters in 62 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Covid-19 is an unprecedented challenge, the shop shelves are being stripped bare by those who can afford to panic buy, food banks are losing donations and schools are closing for the foreseeable future, meaning millions of Britain's poorest families will be struggling to feed themselves over the months ahead.
MPs have estimated 3 million children are at risk of being hungry – made up of more than a million children who qualify for free school meals, and about 2 million who are disqualified from free school meals because their parents work but remain in poverty.
This has to change.
At times of crisis we need to come together and support the most vulnerable in society. This issue is a far stretching one, but we have now the opportunity to tackle it head on and make sure families do not have to worry about where their next meal is coming from under these extraordinary circumstances.
The money raised during this campaign will be distributed out amongst schools and food poverty charities, who will then provide meals to the families who need them the most.
Throughout our campaign we're asking everyone to donate the cost of something that they would usually be spending money on each day. This could be anything from tube travel to your morning latte. Something that won't make much of a difference to your budget could make a huge different to families in need!

Where is the money going?
We're delighted to be able to announce that we've partnered with 3 organisations to help us get the funds we raise to where they can be most impactful.
We have 1 organisation in each of our regions (South West, London and the West Midlands) that are already doing fantastic work to support families at risk of food poverty.
Our partners are: FareShare South West, Kitchen Social and The Trussell Trust - Birmingham & Walsall food banks.
This means that your donation will go towards supporting the work of all 3 of these organisations - pretty great!
See our updates section for more information on what they're up to.
