We're still collecting donations
On the 1st April 2023 we'd raised £15,141 with 156 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

We would look to start our disability stand project that would form part of the new stand in the football ground
I am the Head of the Sutton United Foundation, the charitable arm of the Football Club and a registered Charity formed in 2018. We are proud to be part of the English Football League (EFL) Trust’s network of Club Community Organisations, sharing the vision to create stronger, healthier, more active communities.
Our work is focused on three key areas:
- Education & Employability
- Health & Wellbeing
- Participation & Community Engagement
Our Foundation is for everyone. There are no barriers to entry by reason of age, ethnicity, gender or ability, nor are the local community prevented from joining due to difficult financial or social circumstances; everyone is welcome to come along and be part of their community and hopefully improve their wellbeing.
Using the power of the Sutton United Football Club badge, the Foundation reaches into our community and delivers a wide range of initiatives, focusing on improving health and wellbeing; raising aspirations, realising potential and building stronger, more cohesive communities.
Our new community pavilion will enable us to increase our programme offer for local primary & secondary schools, girls' & women's football, disability football and walking football to play in Collingwood Recreation Ground and the club itself, plus we would like to reach further into our local community to provide a warm & friendly hub for local people to meet, learn & socialise.
Having secured funding for the shell of the pavilion building, we now have the challenge of raising money to kit it out; we need heating, hot water services, showers, toilets and a kitchen.
