We are a community farm asking for help to repair and recover after our polytunnels were significantly damaged during storm Eunice
Storm Damage
Sutton Community Farm is a community-owned veg farm in south London. During the February storms our polytunnels suffered significant damage, and now we need to raise funds to help pay for the repairs and cover the crop losses.
Storm Eunice tore off the plastic from two of our largest polytunnels, exposing the crops and trees inside. We need to repair them urgently.
The exposed crops include:
Impact on our Farm
We grow fruit and veg that we sell via our online farm shop. As a small farm every veg sale counts, so the lost income from the exposed crops is significant.
March is the start of our busy growing season, with thousands of seedlings to raise and plant out. Fitting in major polytunnel repairs at this time is going to be challenging.
Community Support
We are setting up this Crowdfunder in response to very kind offers of donations from our community and supporters. Anything you can donate towards our polytunnel repairs will be hugely appreciated. Thank you!!

Sutton Community Farm
Sutton Community Farm is a 7 acre farm in Wallington, south London. We have a mixture of open fields and covered indoor growing space inside polytunnels.
We grow and distribute fresh fruit and veg, while utilising the combined work force of a large community of volunteers.
All aspects of the farm – our ownership, labour force, and beneficiaries – are embedded in the community.
