Surrey kits out the Chagos Islands

Aim

Raise money for the Surrey vs Chagos Islands game and buy new kit for the Chagos Islands team.

On August 5th International Surrey Football will play its second ever game against the Chagos Islands, the team founded in 2013 for the Chagossian community in Crawley have been trying to raise much needed funds for a new kit supplied by Godzown Sports in Yorkshire, as part of our fixture Surrey has committed up to £1,000 of the profit it would have made from the fixture to go directly towards buying the Chagos Islands team a new kit, to reach the target Surrey will first commit funds to covering the expenses for the game, estimated at £300, the £1,000 profit after that will then go to the Chagos Islands FA resulting in our £1,300 target.

Additional funds raised would go towards supporting the Chagos Island's transport to the game, estimated at £500!
