Aim

Supporting medical stability for a disabled individual engaged in lawful housing, medical and other public service proceedings.

This campaign supports a disabled individual managing complex health challenges while engaged in active legal proceedings concerning public housing conditions and access to public medical and other services. The aim is to ensure continued participation in lawful processes while maintaining medical stability.

Background

Over an extended period, I have experienced issues affecting my housing condition and personal wellbeing, which have required formal legal and medical documentation.

Alongside this, I have faced recurring difficulties with my benefits, which have intermittently affected my financial stability. These issues are being addressed through the appropriate formal processes.

The combination of:

  •  Ongoing health management;
  • Legal proceedings and procedural requirements;
  • Disruption to income;
  • Delays beyond my control;

has placed significant strain on my resources.

This fundraiser does not seek to influence any legal outcome. It exists to help me remain stable and able to engage properly with ongoing processes.
