House Coffee Co, opened its doors nearly three years ago in the lovely community of Coleham & Belle Vue and we have grown from strength to strength during this time. But the last 6 weeks have thrown all sorts at us .. Firstly being flooded twice in 8 days and having to reopen on both occasions and now the global pandemic of COVID-19 and the uncertain times of having to take each day as it comes.

On Monday pm Boris Johnson decides to inform everyone to stay away from Hospitality Businesses and by doing this and not making a decision to close us down properly our insurance company will not pay out and this has put us and our staff in a very vulnerable financial position. 

We’ve been asked how people can help, by offering to prepay for Coffees or buying Giftcards. So we thought we’d create this crowdfunder, the money will be used to support staff financially while trying to safeguard and protect the future of House Coffee Co.

With any luck, we can soften the blow of the forthcoming challenges for our staff, and keep ourselves above water long enough for there to be a business and jobs for staff to return to.

At this point, while we understand that so many others are facing similar uncertain times, we are encouraging everyone in the community and beyond who is able to and wants to play a part in safeguarding the future of House Coffee Co to consider purchasing these rewards.
