Urgent Humanitarian Appeal for Help
My name is Samar. I am a mother of three children living in Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. I am writing to ask for urgent help for my family, who are facing extreme and ongoing hardship.
Over the past period, we have been displaced more than seven times due to repeated conflict. Each time, we have lost our home and all our belongings. Our house was most recently completely destroyed.
My husband, who previously worked as a mason, is now severely injured and unable to walk. He suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach and a serious spinal injury at the fifth vertebra. He requires constant care, medical treatment, and support.
We are currently living in a rented house, but we are struggling to survive. We have no stable income and rely entirely on occasional donations and limited assistance.
Our children are suffering from hunger, illness, and weakness due to lack of clean water, food, and proper nutrition. Their health is worsening under these conditions.
We urgently need:
- Food and clean drinking water
- Rent support to avoid homelessness
- Medical care, medicines, and rehabilitation for my husband’s spinal injury
- Basic necessities for our children’s survival
We are not asking for comfort—only for survival and dignity.
Any support, no matter how small, can make a real difference for my family during this critical time.
