Support Our Journey to the National Finals

Aim

Help us raise £5000 so we can represent the North West at the National Finals held in Cheltenham over the weekend of 14th & 15th September.

North West Areas Regional Contest

The band recently competed in the North West Areas regional contest in Blackpool and we were absolutely over the moon to come a very respectable 3rd place out of 17 bands which gained us an invite to the National finals which will be held in Cheltenham.

Fundraising Journey

Whilst this is very exciting, it is also a huge outlay financially, where funding is fundamental with costs such as transportation, contest entry, music, extra rehearsals and hotel accommodation.

The Blackburn & Darwen Band are currently discussing ways of fundraising for this and would welcome any support. It would mean a great deal to the band, who rely on local support to keep running and functioning. 

National Finals

I am certain B & D will do the region proud at the Nationals and we can't wait to get down to Cheltenham.
