Our local coworking spaces are needed now more than ever. Help us provide a friendly, safe, and productive space for our business community.

Coworking

Coworking is a great way to be productive for independent business owners, writers, developers, creatives. Located in the heart of Gosforth, just over the moor from Newcastle city centre, we offer locals an affordable and flexible place to work.  

Flintlab 

We opened Flintlab 18 months ago, and it soon became a hub of local, independent businesses. We enjoyed the daily buzz, good coffee, laughter, and the opportunity to support each other's businesses. We were incredibly proud to win an award for our space in 2019 too!

Coronavirus

When Coronavirus hit we had to close our doors, and have been keen to open safely since that day - to support our local coworking community that shared the space and worked to support each other. 

Why we need you

Now we want to re-open and provide a safe environment for our coworkers to work.

As a local coworking space we keep our costs as low as we can to support a great community. We've made changes to the space already, including removing desks, adjusting layouts to enable social distancing, and including sanitisation stations throughout the building. 

But we need to go further for our coworkers and prepare for the new normal. 

Your support will make it possible for us to improve our space ready for our community. Creating a more contactless entrance and exit, developing our desks into 'pods' - enabling zoom meetings without disturbing coworkers - and improving our outdoor space for more year-round use.

Need something printed for your business? Our residents - Nettl of Newcastle - will print and deliver it for you. You can use this reward anytime in the next 12 months.

Brand and Design Consultancy

Need to develop your brand and business? Our residents - Wonderstuff - an award-winning brand and identity studio, will work with you for a half-day to help you use your brand effectively. You can use this reward anytime in the next 12 months, subject to availability.
